In February 2019, one of my clients had a goal to lower her overall cholesterol, triglycerides, and “bad cholesterol” (LDL). We implemented ONE change in her meals… ONE. SINGLE. CHANGE. And before the end of 2019, she had more than met her goal. Getting healthy doesn’t have to mean changing everything all at once. Improving your health and preventing disease can start with small, manageable steps.
