Recipe: Quinoa & Avocado Salad

Looking for a quick and easy side for the weekend?!


This quinoa and avocado salad is super quick and so nutritious! I adapted the recipe from @delicioushealthyvideos


  • Make quinoa as directed on package.

  • Cool 20-30 min after in fridge.

  • Add any chopped veggies you like! I used baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, yellow pepper, and avocados.

  • Splash of lemon and olive oil.

  • Toss with a dash of salt and pepper.
