Looking for a quick and easy, protein packed side dish?? This recipe is handed down from my mother-in-law, Kim. I had never eaten cottage cheese warm before, and at first, it sounded kinda weird....but it's actually very delicious and super easy! Enjoy!
- 1-24 oz cottage cheese (I used 2% milk fat)
- 1 egg
- 1/4-1/2c shredded cheese (I used sharp cheddar)
Mix cottage cheese and egg together. Place in casserole dish. Bake on 350 deg. for 50 min. Take out and sprinkle cheese over top. Place back in oven for 10 min to melt cheese.
Super easy and yummy!
