On our busy nights, this is my go-to! Sautéed chicken (olive oil, garlic, pepper), green beans (drained, rinsed, with pepper), and @unclebensusa 90 second rice.
Buyer beware- anything in a package is usually loaded with sodium. Jasmine rice and whole wheat are the only two that I have found that have little to NO sodium added.
