Emily Cook, MS, RD
Having grown up in southwest Virginia, Emily has called Giles County her home for the last 30 years.
By establishing Cook Nutrition, she aims to provide practical and beneficial nutrition education to her community. Knowing that access to healthcare can be limited in southwest Virginia, she desires to make a difference by educating her community about proper nutrition and improve people's lives.

Emily lives in Pearisburg, VA with her husband Ricky, and their three children, Kate, Clay, and Luke. In her free time, she enjoys chasing her children, hiking in the beautiful mountains of the New River Valley, and cooking nourishing meals.
"I have a genuine fondness for my community. Nutrition is my passion and I desire to instill knowledge and educate my community about preventative healthcare through good nutrition."
